💣 BOMB! LOOK WHAT DON CHERRY SAID ABOUT THE TORONTO MAPLE LEAFS!

The Toronto Maple Leafs have been shakin’ things up since their playoff exit at the hands of the Florida Panthers. Changes started happenin’ right away with Kyle Dubas gettin’ the boot as general manager and Brad Treliving takin’ the reins.

Since Treliving’s takeover, he’s made some significant additions to our Leafs’ roster, bringin’ in Ryan Reaves, Max Domi, and Tyler Bertuzzi, three tough-as-nails veteran forwards. Grapes is all for these moves, sayin’, “These were great moves by Brad Treliving, and he’s not done yet.” He believes the fans are gonna love this team, ’cause nobody will be pushin’ us around. We won’t see a repeat of what happened with Matthew Knies in the playoffs. With Reaves, Bertuzzi, and Domi on the ice, that won’t fly.

But even with all the excitement, Grapes couldn’t help but speak his mind on one offseason move that didn’t sit right with him. He thinks Kyle Dubas didn’t deserve to be fired and that the team should’ve focused on playin’ tough guys like Wayne Simmonds.

Now, it’s worth notin’ that overall, Grapes is impressed with Treliving and the additions he’s made to give our Maple Leafs the physicality they need for the postseason. He saw firsthand how we struggled against the Panthers, and he doesn’t want a repeat of that.

So, Leafs fans, what’s your take on these moves? Are you likin’ the additions and the focus on toughness? Share your thoughts in the comments and let us know if this news has got you excited!
