Re: Guentzel…..guys a HUGE part of the Pens success. If the medical staff are evaluating him in 12 weeks he may or may NOT be available then. Depending on the initial problem and the surgical procedure and how he heals….Guentzel could miss more time…time will tell.
Re: Habs goalies….I think Monty deserves a close look this season. He's only 26 yo and fresh off the gold medal at the Worlds and so his confidence level is through the roof. If DeSmith turns out to be a good fit I'd move Allen. I haven't been as impressed with Allen as I had hoped….seems to have underwhelmed in my eyes. Keep Primeau in Laval. Monty definitely deserves the opportunity to be the starter this year.

The comparison with Hanifin and Karlsson isn't great because Karlsson has a huge contract and that why it was so hard to trade so the flames should get more because Hanifin has a very cap friendly contract
US players arent worth the money! All over paid! 20 goal scorers getting 7 – 8 million? Matthew's 40 goals and they are offering 13 – 14 million, what a joke! You cant win with overpaid pretenders who disappear when its go time!
