  1. OTHER CONDITION ON THE 1ST ROUND PICK GOING TO ARIZONA: "If either or both of the first-round picks is in the top 10 of the draft, then the Coyotes will receive the lower of the selections."

  2. Brutal trade, a 1st and a 2nd for a guy whose never socred more than 38 points and has was less potential than kk. Montreal is a joke.

  3. If Dvorak and Garland has same trade value. Both 25 and similar contracts, stats are close with Garland having more points last season but Dvorak has 5 years vs. Garland 3 years track record. VAN giving 1st and 2nd for Garland. The rest of the EOL trade would be a swap of bad contracts and 7th rd. The weird trade is looking more even of trade. Albeit assumes Garland continues and EOL gets 40 pts for next 3-4 years. I’ve noticed EOL is a .50 Points per Game historically.

  4. Bergy fixed the team ..

Sure we lost Danault .. but, Hoffman and Dvorak instead of Tatar and KK.. we lost Weber but was getting slow.

We will qualify.. we just need to give Allen some wins to have a Price in shape for the series.

  5. This was a smart move. Some players just give off certain vibes that tell you they'd be a good fit in Montreal. Well I'm telling you that for me, Dvorak is one of them. A capable top 6 forward who can play both styles of the game, with a team friendly contract for the next 4 years. Doesn't get much better than that. And for what? Jesperi Forgetmeniemi?

  6. how long do the canes have to wait before they can extend kk? i am curious what his aav will look like on an extension. my gut tells me it's going to be for less then what he just got on this qualifier.

  7. Habs made out HUGE. They got more in return for a draft overreach than most teams can dream off. Canes trolled themselves. They get those picks, swap them for Dvorak. Absolutely brilliant. Both Canes and Habs could be playoff teams so that first is moderate. And if the Habs fall on their face, don’t make the playoffs, the puck is top 10 protected! That’s just amazing. And Dvorak should be a big upgrade and great fit on that 2nd line. He’s so underrated and a complete center. I badly wanted the Rangers to go after him. And Dvoraks contract is wonderful. Calling it now, Dvorak scores at least 60 points thus season if he plays 80 games +. MB did some serious voodoo magic here…straight out of Sun Tzu. Let the enemy make the move you want them to, while thinking it was their idea…. Honestly, I’m not sure what Carolina was thinking. They would have been much better off just trading the picks they lost straight to the Yotes for Dvorak. With Aho, Dvorak, Staal top 3 centers, I think they would be a Cup favorite. With JK instead of Dvorak? Not so much….. Just amazing moves all season for Habs with their sly expansion draft moves and now this. And I bet Ryan Poehling shows up and becomes better than JK. MB is a genius…..who woulda known? And they keep Romanov and all their current prospects!

  8. Unbelievably bold prediction. Habs win the cup and get first over all pick next year in the draft.

  9. The Habs got the last laugh. So much for Canes trolling them lol.. Dvorak is a huge upgrade over KK.

  10. I gotta say it sucks. Dvorak is good but his ceiling is lower than KKs imo. Plus KK is younger, history says he has more growing to do than Davorak. He is a huge asset in the faceoff circle though. We needed that after losing Danault.

  11. I'll be honest, I don't like the Habs. As a Canucks fan, it really bothers me how it seems we get screwed at every opportunity, yenno, that "Canuck Luck". The salt in the wound is that when a team is actively TRYING to screw over the Habs, they actually make them better.. That's what's happened here, no doubt about it.

  12. I haven't pay much attention to Dvorak, and confused him with Radek Dvorak, and thought he is only 25 year old?

  13. DVORAK HAS A 38 POINT CAREER HIGH.
Worse career stats than Alex Kerfoot.
Way worse stats at even strength.

  14. Imo, they have set up the franchise to be sold. Lots of picks , no dead weight. If they want to sell/move the franchise you have to do it now.

  15. Carolina jumped tha gun! Hahaha they should've waited to offer sheet Suzuki 🤣 instead they overpaid for a center who skates like a giraffe!! Lmao Thanks Canes 😉
