As a tennis player, I can say he has a right to take his time to serve, given that he doesn’t take beyond 30 seconds to serve. To those in the comments below, it is good to take your time while serving in order to know where your opponent is positioned so you can give them a challenging serve. Of course, some tennis players don’t need as much time, but please, have patience for the others!
