9 mins short of an hour.. I feel deprived of great content now! JK, great job and keep up the good work.
I would take B.Tkachuk and Stuzle over M. Tkachuck and Barkov only because of age and potential. Stuzle will soon become the best player from the lot.
Heres the think about EK in pitt, it doesnt solve the problems they have. What they lack is depth scoring, team defence, and steady goaltending. Theyre improving a strength of theirs, which is offence from defence, but i doubt it will cover for the deficiencies elsewhere. Youre also likely to see a fair dropoff from letang, being that he is likely going to be seeing a few less minutes a night and probably being moved down to pp2. I can honestly see the penguins remaining stagnant in the rankings next season
Appreciate the grind. I subscribed. š
Been watching you boys for a minute, just realized I wasnāt subbed Iām 950. Would love to chat sens w you boys on an episode one day
Karlsson didnt get traded because San Jose didnt want to pay him. It's because he wanted to be traded.
Its going to be a very tight race for the playoffs in the east
I agree with what you said about Ottawa's 3rd line. Kubalik had 30 goals, as a rookie. Pinto had 20 goals, but would if scored more, if he didnt have to fill in for Norris on 2nd line. Dont forget he had a 5 game goal streak, on the 3rd (not playing with as much skill as Kubalik and Greig). As you said Greig is unproven, but he is good enough player, that he got to play on 2nd line in the 20 games he played last year. Which he still got 2 goal and 9 assists
Keep up the good work boys! Love the show.
I disagree with the fact no one saw the Sharks being a bad team. Iāll preface this by saying I didnāt see a full on collapse but once they lost Pavelski to Dallas, I definitely thought there was a chance they could be a bottom 10 team. He was the heart and soul and a lot of times trading for superstars doesnāt always work out, especially in the first year cough DeBrincat cough
Hearing Rodrigues as a 1LW over Tkachuk is wild but reminds me of Joseph taking reps on 1st line. Would that be a fair comp? I havenāt watched any of his tape so could be way off
I enjoy your guys analysis, but really, you have to go with how many minute theses guys will be playing. The top 9, which is far superior as a whole will be playing the majority of the minutes. Their D just throws them waaaaaay over the top.
Never underestimate Rqdko Gudas, they're gonna miss him
Why doesn't anybody else want Mike Reilly as a 6/7 LD?
Does EK make the Pens better? Yes 100% but does he move the needle as far as making a cup run? No. Their core is aging (yes they are still good) but they aren't getting better.
