Speaking of Buchnevich, his development trajectory was quite similar to what Chytil's is like. For the first number of years he didn't live up to expectations and i remember the fan base being quite disappointed and critical of him. It wasn't until the end of his fourth year, and especially his fifth year that he finally became the player everyone hoped he would be.
Chytil has arbitration rights Laf and Miller don't, so I think Miller gets something close to Lindgren, 3 years 3 mill. Also if Laf thinks he is going to get anywhere close to Stuzle he is high. He hasn't had the numbers or consistency to get more than a bridge. As far as the salary cap goes. If you bridge Laf and Miller that's 5.5-6 million which means you have just over six million left to sign a back up goalie and your FA. Now there is word that the cap could go up by as much as 5 million, if that happens I think we can keep Kane and Sanko. If not we will have to trade Goodrow to keep one of them.
