How does this qualify?
I love this hit. It's a good showcase on how to hit when you're chasing a player into the boards. We've seen tons of boarding type plays this season where guys shove or hit another player before he gets to the boards resulting in a dangerous play and some missed boarding calls because it's such a grey zone. Also younger generation players are hesitant to grab on to another player for fear of holding calls, this is the one time you can do it. This is picture perfect wrapping a guy up and riding him into the boards, oldschool, how it's supposed to be done! Great hit by Reaves and safe for Brannstrom as he holds him upright and rides him into the end-boards
How is this different than the hit cizikas made that got him suspended? Someone please explain

He held him from the face off dot to the boards. How is this a good hit?
Say what you want about Reaves and his antics and dirty play but this was a solid clean hit.
If everyone would hit like this in the corners it would be nicer than an injured player or a penalty or whatever.
