Frolik is a good PK-er on a Calgary team that has the 4th best penalty kill in the entire league at 83.8%. Kudos to Botterill and co for subtracting from an area of surplus and adding to an area that desperately needs to get better, without sacrificing cap space and long-term draft capital.

Time to clean upper management where the next GM can make intelligent acquisitions with the large cap space they have for the betterment of the team and place them back on top where they belong. Bergevin has failed and it doesn't matter if he stock piles the minors if the result is still another season out of the playoffs, back in the days it was the playoff finals or bust, now it's hoping to make the playoffs and if we just get edged out it considered a successful season………….totally unacceptable!! Where's Sam Polack when you need him to turn this mediocre club around and bring back the success that this great organization once had!!!
