Michkov somehow managing to be underrated despite getting a top 5 ranking is wild, what’s wilder is that he’s a Flyer (Still feeling it).
Also, while I’m not sure it’s a slam dunk case, I feel like Foerster can make arguments for any of the spots up to 42.
It happens a lot in all rankings, but I think some guys are really undervalued cause of their size. Like Hutson, Zellweger, Stankoven, Wolf, and Levi are all elite talents that have dominated their leagues, sometimes to a level we haven’t seen in 20+ plus years.
And Cutter is a great prospect, and I think he will be great especially with Michkov, but I don’t think he’s above Smith, Clarke, Leonard, Benson, or Nikishin either.
Man, remember when Shane Wright was last year’s consensus 1 until like a month or so before the draft and now a year later instsad of being an nhl player he’s a prospect that doesn’t crack the top 10?
