His numbers have gone down a bit, but his hockey IQ and possession stats are still awesome. Put this guy with Ehlers and the other team will have a real hard time gaining possession, then add a little Laine and the puck will most likely be in the back of the opposing net.
Our Knights would not have made it as far as we had without Paul, he really turned that dial up against the last two opponents. To say that "He will be missed" is a mild understatement.
We got him for next to nothing (sorry Carl), so what if he's 34? He has 1 season left in his contract, definitely has the potential to do well between two young guns. Definitely 50+ points.
