I go with Blake. Miller cares, wears his heart on his sleeve, but is a spaz. He also isn't polished enough with the media.
Matt – the focus being on JT being a great captain for Tocchets squad I 100% agree. Except I think heās only gonna be a good captain under Tocchet.
Unfortunately history shows Tocchet might only be here a few years. Canāt have the new coach coming in in 2-3 years and needing to potentially strip JT.
For this reason Iām going Quinn (YAWN) only cause JT and Petey get irked too easily by media.

I liked Matt's argument, especially when it comes to the synergy between Tocchet and Jt Miller, however I think Petey or Hughes would make the better captain. My vote is on Matt, and Hughes respectively.
I was thinking Miller anyway. I dont perceive him as bad PR or whatever. He just makes his honest comments and people should admit, hes just saying what we're thinking anyway. If he needs to dial it in, im sure the coaches will guide him. Anyway…Hey, we signed Suterš

Matt won this. Totally agree, we need some passion, I'm sick of the bland, say nothing type of Captains this team has had. Miller and the Coach are great together, and they will have great synergy. Hughes could be Capt after a few years.

Well done Matt. You nailed all the key points and just incidentally JT Miller IS the best choice for captain. We saw how much it pained Elias to talk about the captaincy and While Hughes would also make a good captain letās leave Peter and Huggy as Assistance captains for now let JT whoās the alpha dog be it.
