  1. "What does that even mean?" – nice! Way to call them out on an awkwardly phrased Q. Captain Serious is the best.

  2. Great to see Toews and Crosby being vocal for the NHL being in the Olympics.

It's ONCE every four years, and it is the biggest stage in the world for sport (corruption aside).

  3. People remember Sid for the Golden Goal at the Vancouver Olympics but Toews was awarded Best Forward at the tournament.

  4. The NHL would be stupid not to allow the players to go to Beijing. Doesn't look like they will go but China is a huge market for lots of money that they're going to fail to tap into fully by not going. Could be huge for growth of the game there and that means boat loads of cash if they can make hockey big there.

  5. It was TWO Gold medals, but I love his humbleness. Toews is one of the best leaders in sports, and I look forward to our next Stanley Cup!!

  6. Fun fact – The two best leaders in the team Crosby and Toews each scored in both the 2010 and 2014 Gold medal games

  7. It's so ironic watching this 3 years later after witnessing what Toews' career has become. His legacy is forever, don't get me wrong, but I feel now he's ready to hang up the skates.
