  1. Buddy Lysell is hurt, he literally got sent into a different universe a few months ago with that hit lol, I seen two or three clips of him and he wasn’t even trying and still having his way with defenders lol 😂

  2. Who in the B’s AHL that will get some NHL time? Who is going to be the defensive couch now?

  3. Thank you! Finally, someone seeing it too. The Bruins' lack of Canadian players on the team. I've been mentioning it for a long time now.

If you look, the teams with the most Canadian plyers on the active roster generally win the cup. Vegas had 16 this year and Florida had 15. Both made the finals. The Bruins had 5, the fewest in the league, and got bounced in the first round. Four of them were in the top 5 producers in the playoffs, the other was Bergeron. That hunger for the Stanley Cup is built in practically from birth in Canada. Not knocking the talent level in other countries but when it comes to the cup there is that extra little effort and hunger and will to win is more prevalent in Canadian players.

If I was building a team to win a basketball championship I would be mining the U.S. colleges for players. But when it comes to hockey you mine the Canadian junior leagues, not the U.S. colleges.

  4. The only two prospects that are even close to having any "real" impact for the Boston Bruins are Mason Lohrei and Fabian Lysell. And to be honest, Lysell's stock is dropping by the minute

However, both still have things they need to work and both would probably be better served at least starting the year in PVD

Of the two, Lohrei is much closer to being a full-time, regular and productive player in the NHL versus Lysell

After that, it's Harrison, Poitras and maybe Merkulov

Harrison, as I've said for years, isn't a top 6 center, he's a wing. Homers have said otherwise but Boston has now even come out and said, he's playing wing in Providence

Why wing? Harrison isn't good on draws, he's below average defensively, his skating (woof) he's not a checking guy, he doesn't really create offense for others. Thus not, a center. He's a big guy with a good shot, he's a wing.

Merkulov? Another player that is likely going to be a wing, not a center. Merkulov is not good on draws, defensively or away from the puck. He's also on the smaller size and he's weak physically. He can score a bit and he's got good puck skills. But again, Merkulov isn't a future Top 6 center in the NHL either

Poitras: Had a great year in the AHL. Looks better than when he got drafted, much better really. But he's at least two years away (probably 3) and he still has a lot to work on before he's a sure fire Top 6 player in the NHL

Beyond that, it's a bunch of late round long shots taken in rounds that where less than 10% of the players chosen play an NHL shift

Considering Don Sweeney and the Bruins have been the worst drafting and developing team in the NHL all 8 years of his tenure as GM

It's more than fair to say that expecting any of these draft picks taken in rounds 4-7 to have a real impact on the Bruins any time soon or ever, is wishful thinking at best

BTW.. Players taken from those late rounds also make up far too many of their actual prospects and again only 5-10% of the players taken in those rounds every play in the NHL anyway

The NHL team with the fewest NHL games played by draftees since 2017? The Boston Bruins

The NHL games played leader at forward drafted by Boston 2017 or after?

Jack Studnika, 38 lousy games for Boston before being thrown in the trash to Seattle where he continues to stink

The NHL games played leader at forward drafted by Boston 2017 or after that's actually still with the organization?

Jacob Lauko- 23 lousy NHL games

The NHL games played leader at Defense drafted by Boston 2017 or after?

Uro Vaakacrapo: 31 lousy games for Boston before being moved in the Lindholm trade where he continues to be a bust and rot away in the AHL

The NHL games played leader at forward drafted by Boston 2017 or after that's actually still with the organization?

    Um, NO ONE

After Mason Lohrei the Bruins don't have a SINGLE other D-man in their entire crap Farm System that is even 3 years away from playing in the NHL and I'm not sure they even have one of those guys

So Bruins homers I wouldn't expect much help coming from the Bruins Crap Farm System beyond just a couple of guys and that's going to be the case for 3-5+ more years

There are many reasons why this is the case and why the Bruins Farm System has been universally ranked 28th-32nd every single year of Don Sweeney's 8 year tenure as GM

Drafting and Developing, not exactly Don Sweeney's strong suit
    🤣🤣🤣

Also for the record, the "all-in" last year didn't cause this

You don't wind up with the

    NHL's worst draft capital
    NHL's worst farm system
    NHL's worst cap situation

Because of just one trade deadline. This crap state is a result of 8 years of Don Sweeney

They'e missed on way more draft picks than anyone wants to admit to

They've pissed away far too many draft picks fixing UFA & Draft mistakes while also having to just piss away assets (like Hall) just to get Cap Relief from the Cap Prison he built

And um, the Rick Nash deal. Disaster and should never have been made. Should Sweeney have made a deal to try and win that year? Sure. Trading for Nash? Um, no

Rick Nash had WELL DOCUMENTED concussion issues before being traded to Boston. WELL DOCUMENTED

Proof? Rick Nash played a whopping 11 games for Boston before retiring from what again. That's right, the serious concussion issues he had before being traded to Boston

Haggerty here saying it was the "right move" to trade for Rick Nash. Absolute nonsense

Again, yes, the Bruins should have tried to make a move to win that year

And NO, they shouldn't have traded for a well documented concussed Rick Nash

Also this notion Sweeney only trades picks, prospects and players to "WIN"

WRONG and more Homer Lies that are told all the time

2018- Nash was traded for the 1st. Lindgren was the price for NYR to take on the rest of Matt Belesky's crap contract. Let's try to not lie about that please

2020- The Bruins 1st round pick and their highest drafted player from 2017 (Axl Andersson) were 100% traded for one thing and one thing only, to get out from under Backes crap contract, yet another Don Sweeney mistake

2022- A 2nd round pick was pissed away in the Lindholm deal just to get Anaheim to take on the contract of another one of Don Sweeney's UFA mistakes, John Moore

2023- Taylor Hall was given away for a bag of wet dog hair and ONLY relief, from the Cap Prison Don Sweeney himself, built in the first place

But other than that, so the TRUTH…..
    🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
