12 years ago today, we lost Rick Rypien. He suffered from Clinical Depression for almost a decade and was one of the toughest pound for pound fighters in the league. I went to my first ever Hockey Talks event last season! I’m grateful for Hockey Talks as it creates more awareness and reduces the stigma against mental illness ❤️
