Game two of the weekend non-league series between archrivals Clarkson and St. Lawrence played out very similar to their first meeting on Friday with the Golden Knights pulling out an exciting overtime thriller.
Sophomore Josh Dunne (O’Fallon, MO) knocked in a shot during a scrum in front of Saints’ goaltender Francis Boisvert 1:29 into the extra session to give the Green and Gold a 3-2 victory before 3,333 North Country fans at Cheel Arena on Saturday night.
On Friday, Clarkson defeated the Saints 4-3 in overtime at Cheel.
