  1. Mediocre Campbell ……… Jack isn't playing against the Giants first team players ……..Why are Detroit Fans blind to see this?!…

  2. For the last 10+years I have wanted the Lions to draft a solid LB. I don’t know why it was so difficult to scout. They were always undersized and came from sorry programs. An end rusher will only go so far. I hope Campbell stays focused.

  3. Im a homer, but this dude is REALLY feisty and smacks hard. Seems to really like contact too.

Also LOL at Branch almost taking Devito's head off. Guy locks on like Dawkins, looks like him too.

  4. RN4L butttt them Lions going to be legit finally this year!

  5. Campbell reminds me a lot of Ted Hendricks, who I thought was ahead of his time as an NFL LB. JC plays long and quick like The Stork, who always delivered

  6. On that 4th down play, it looked like Jack knew Maybin was committed and was playing off it. Smart and team D mentality. Also, great breakdown. 👍

  7. At 1:04 Malcolm Rodriguez does his job. Listens to Jack, shifts, then blows up the hole taking on the offensive lineman and penetrates.
Hopefully he improves as well with JC running the defense.

  8. I know we want o prays Jack Campbell, but these specific clips really highlight the improvement of Reeves-Mayben and our DTs Broderic Martin and Levi Onwuzurike (On-woo-zeree-kay) Not (On-zeree-kay) as many fans and commentators pronounce his name, smh

  9. So excited to watch this young defense, Campbell is a leader no doubt a field general with Rodriguez, Analzone, and Houston we got a solid LB group.

  10. Really nice video…. I know it’s kind of hard to put out a preseason video being that there’s not enough reps for the guy. You done well, the things that I’m looking for in these breakdowns is how well the lions are playing as a team and trusting each other on the field and it’s starting to show within the 2nd – 4th unit guys which makes this team dangerous. Campbell and Aidan on the field together is going to be beautiful. Two smart guys that gives efforts and love to stick their noses in there!

  11. I think jack has the green dot so it’s likely AG told him to move the d-line

  12. Damn it sure looked liked NY running back no. 20 was trying to get at Campbell’s knee (in a sly way) Coach better keep an eye on that kinda shit

  13. Campbell came out of a good system at Iowa with a great defensive coordinator in Phil Parker who was a good defensive back at mich state.

  14. Gibbs, Cambell, LaPorta, Branch, Martin, Hooker, Sordsdal, Green. In 30 years, historians may look at this draft and pronounce it the best in NFL history. Not a joke. 5 potential stars.
