How Far Can The Penguins Go?

After the Erik Karlsson trade, things got alot more interesting for the Pittsburgh Penguins. For a large part of the last generation in hockey, the Pittsburgh Penguins have been dominant. The likes of Sidney Crosby, Evgeni Malkin, Kris Letang and Marc-Andre Fleury have led the Penguins to three championships in recent memory, and they have their sights set on a fourth before it’s all over. Today we look at the Penguins over the last year or so, and the changes they’ve made as they prepare to contend again for another Stanley Cup.

  1. The Erik Karlsson Trade was a decent deal that may improve their roster but I do agree they’ll have to rely on goaltending and most importantly: their depth. As it was their depth that was able to help get wins when Crosby, Malkin, or Letang were injured
