Just curios what would happen if the entire Leafs management and ownership changed could they win a cup? i mean look at VGK with a 6 year old team wins a cup. SEA is already a contender after 1st year. FLO and TBL and CAR are all great teams in markets where they barely watch hockey. I think the biggest problem with the Leafs is an ownership that only cares about money and has no Toronto pride what so ever. How do you expect the players to give a crap when the owners and president don't care about winning?

I'm a little disappointed the Leafs didn't at least contact Bunting and let him know they were going to head in a different direction. I think he cared about fans and the community and played hard so he deserved to be dealt with more professionally. As far as Matthews, it's hard to blame someone when it comes to money/contracts/employment location because we don't know what is going on behind the scenes. But with the salary cap speculation, maybe it makes more sense to sign a shorter deal and hope you can cash in a better season in the future. I know as fans we don't want to hear that, but this is where we have to remember this is a business and both sides have to do what's best for their interest.
If this season is a failure, and let's be honest, Toronto might end up in a full rebuild — a lot of the new guys are on 1-year deals — and Matthews could be in a EK situation. He's not going to want to wait 3-5 years for the rebuild and his contract will be very difficult to move.
Aspen has to come clean with the leaves base. If he wants to play and Toronto she should say it out loud. If not, move on enough with a mind games. We love you to stay here. You are Toronto but start showing at them or move on. Got to Matthews. You are the greatest thing in Toronto. Some loyalty but be a leaf for life we love you to stay so do your part but stay in Toronto. We love you! Just think about that. Have a nice one boys❤

Carlo colliaccavo just again said that the deal is done and there my ust be a reason rhey havent announced it yet. Hey man. Great videos, new subscriber. Just an opinion but I think your camera is too zoomed in. Not by much, but I think most YT'ers have figured out that a bit of space above the head to just below the bottom of your chest It's easier on the eyes and less distracting when hand movements ect are made. Not sure if its possible with your current camera setup but it looks like you have put a decent amount into production so hopefully its possible to at least try it out. Great insight, great thoughts.
