Guesty Part 2! This was a great episode with Eric Guest, he’s an awesome young man who speaks very open and honestly about all aspects of his life from minor hockey, playing in the OHL, being diagnosed as Bipolar and how he’s dealing with mental health and living his life after hockey. Eric shares some great stories, shares some red flag moments for any of you parents out there and also talks about some of the challenges that he’s put himself through to stay motivated. This is a valuable episode for any player who is going through a rough time or parent trying to help their son or daughter navigate through the turbulent hockey world. I always learn something new from Eric and had a lot of fun sitting down chatting with him. We hope you enjoy the episode!
