  1. Do the Rangers have what it takes to be a Stanley Cup WINNING team in 2024? Let us know!!

  2. When looking at the forward group, one thing seems obvious, its missing a top6 player, Kane is waiting for surgery before signing anywhere, so maybe thats the missing piece, but failing to sign either him or Tarasenko might hurt the Rangers in the long run.

Kakko, Chytil and Laf are working well together, i doubt that they are hurting each other development otherwise one would clearly outplay the others,i dont think they are ready for the 2nd or 1st line, they should stick together on a beyond solid 3rd line. If the Rangers thought they were ready, they wouldn’t have tried to fill the gap by signing Wheeler or go for Tarasenko/Kane last season.

If they end up signing Kane its an A for the forward group.

  3. They got a couple of older players for very, VERY cheap, which could really help. Or these players could collapse due to age and that could really hurt them.
