  1. Wasn't Sanderson but happy with Guhle he was my second choice.. 😀
And if they said Guhle picked up 15 pounds then he is gonna compete for a line with the Habs next year or this year which ever comes first..
I'd put him with Petry already.
Reichel was my third overall and he went at 17th..

  2. I actually like the Guhle pick because in prince Albee he played in the right side bacause of max martin

  3. If your comment is he is definitely a top-4, drafting him at 16 is definitely a great pick then.

  4. They could have drafted Mercer or Lapierre but didn't. So all along, they wanted either Guhle or Amirov. Glad they now have a big defenceman in the pipeline. There is no need to rush him. Let him develop in the minors for a couple of years.

  5. Guhle was the 3rd best D in the draft after Sanderson and Drysdale. Excellent pick for Bergevin. When the Habs Fans see Guhle play in the next season they will be impressed and Bergevin is in no rush to see him with the team.

  6. Maybe he selected another def, because he will throw him in a package and try to get patik Laine, Winnipeg is looking for a defenssemen and a centre, so who knows, because why would you pick another defensse when you have already 12 in your team, and 17 forwards lol

  7. Now, the Canadiens need to trade for D-man Shayne Gostisbehere,. so they can have "Ghouli" and "GhostI" on the same team. It'd be great for Halloween.

Seriously, Guhle should be a very solid shutdown-type D-man.
Middle pair, at least. Maybe higher.

  8. It's not a bad pick, he's a solid prospect for 16th. I maybe thought they'd swing for the fence a little more but Guhle isn't a pick you really dislike in my opinion. A future of Romanov/Norlinder/Guhle is showing some strong depth. Harris and Struble are both capable of playing RD is needed, but damn the habs depth and D and C is impressive down the road..

  9. Bergy is reading your comment boards Lego!

Everything they have done so far has boosted size, toughness, and tenacity. Anderson is a great deal for Domi (we save money and grab a big guy with a mean streak), Edmundson was a great signing on a great contract and now we grab Kaiden Guhle (who is from where I live).

We're becoming a tough team to play against – that's EXACTLY what we need!

  10. I think it's a great pick. From the highlights I've seen he's a big boy and reminds me of a young Shea Weber

  11. realy bad pick!! he come only à défensif.. Not better other pick last year romanov etc… Montréal need à Seth Jarvis style player!
