  1. He was chasing him down the whole fight, trying to get shots on him, I like Tavares but all he did was leg kicks…

  2. His toughness can never be questioned. If Weidman comes back for another fight, Rockhold if they can get him for one or maybe another wrestler.

  3. He's 39 and was just out 2 years not his left leg is compromised so he'll be out at least another year. He really needs to retire.

  4. It is amazing to see the mysterious justice in life without human intervention, Weidman fought Anderson Silva twice, and in the second fight, Anderson broke his leg so bad like no similar damage in the history of the sport, Weidman won as a result of this rare accident! little we did know that eventually, Weidman was going to suffer in his body the same damage caused to Anderson Silva? Unbelievable! , Macgregor later on suffered this same damage , but, Weidman and Silva, is so weird, and it's one of those cases in which destiny selects the same result between two fighters.

  5. People are going to target your legs until you hang it up Chris. Naive to expect anything else. Please be done brother.

  6. If he was concerned about somone kicking his leg he shouldve never entered the fight . I dono maybe he can cash out with the paul brothers . An be smart with his money . Wish the best for him but chris always says stuff that dont add up

  7. Legit had to double-check with a Goggle search to see if this was the Weidman I thought it was. A true testament to his toughness to compete at this level so far down the road. Best wishes to this fighter pursuing another title shot before hanging 'em up.

You showed us that with dedication and hard work we can achieve unthinkable things and go though adversity. You’re a great man and role-model. Please now ride into the sunset and show us how great of a commentator and analyst you are. We support you.

  9. Chris was trying to butter up Tavares pre fight so he wouldn't kick his legs.

    Tavares hold my beer!

  10. The UFC needs to give him one more fight with a can and send him off to retirement with a win.

  11. He is in agony currently with both legs absolutely destroyed. He s gonna have tough months of recovery ahead of him.. no pay check worths it. I hope he got 300k + at least for that struggle he ll have to go through

  12. Both of them are done are and have been for a while

  13. Chris in his prime would have mauled Brad Tavares, I don't see him beating anyone in the top 15. Please retire!
