announcers are so stupid. he didnt even have his head down and even if the head is the principle point of contact the dude is leaning forward so much, thats not how you hockey stride. i dont watch either team or like either player in the video but from my point of view its completely clean. what is it with big hits suddenly being "dirty"
he went down hard. the hit was more to the body though, looked legal to me. i hate it when players are fighting, that's what i would like to see banned … fighting. I look away until the fight is over. 🙂
That looked clean…. but painful. there was some contact with the head, but there was also contact just about everywhere else, and it wasn't targeted. Nice hit
