Bowman should have been fired after the Panarin/Saad trade back in 2017, he literally hasn’t been a good gm in years. The three cups gave him a bit too much wiggle room. Funny how Colliton was fine last year, when the Hawks were better than expected. Expectations exploded with addition of Jones, Fleury, and Toews coming back. Hello… Jones is vastly overrated, Fleury had great D core in Vegas, Toews has lost a step, and was off for a year with God knows what. The Hawks will get better, fans have to take a chill pill. Firing a coach and/or GM 6 games into a season is ridiculous.
As a Blackhawks fan I think the Blackhawks are waiting for Mark Crawford to get off of COVID protocol to fire Jeremy Colitin. I believe that Crawford is there choice for interim coach.
