    Since it’s the offseason, we’re allowed to live in a world where Markstrom is about to give another Vezina-finalist performance, Huberdeau is about to hit 100 points again, and one or more of our young forwards is about to have a breakout year, single-handedly reigniting everyone’s hope for future of this franchise. It’s like a Schrodinger’s cat thing.

    Stupid, reckless optimism is the one joy of summer as a hockey fan.
