Seriously that was clearly a clean body check. Wilson is just a brute out there.
Okay, so to me this is technically a clean hit. Shoulder to shoulder, but the problem with it is how Sergachev turns toward the boards. Yes, it sucks that he got hurt (and personally, don't like Wilson), but I could still see the NHL DoPS looking at it for boarding. But that's just my opinion.

2. You launch yourself into a player
Then its a dirty hit unless the rules are changed for certain teams
