Nice work on this. I remember the first game in there history the next hockey season after the Cougars packed up and left. We had the BCJHL/BCHL prior but now it was #1 in the city as far as being the highest level. The Kowalko family did a great job marketing the team and the franchise is still going. Some great memories of the mid 90's at the old Barn on Blanshard. I wonder if anyone can name the first team captain in Salsa/Grizzlies history? As far as spicy condiments go Salsa lasts for over 20 years!

I attended a few Salsa games when I was over from Scotland,visiting relatives. That was a great barn, great mascot, and some good hockey. 👍🏴🏒🇨🇦
