  1. This man gotta be the slowest LB in Madden šŸ¤£šŸ¤£ sorry seeing his name just now triggered me because of all the passes he gives up in Madden šŸ˜…

  2. Campbell does a really nice job in the pass game of getting contact within borderline 5 yards to not draw penalties. It's enough contact to disrupt timing and make the QB pause because that window isn't open. Fred Warner does this really really good as well. It's a total art at the LB position but so effective to muddy up reads. Campbell run fits are good as well basically 2 gapping and because of his size and length he can stack and shed to get to the gap. He doesn't run himself out of the play. Is is splashy…..no but I'd rather only give up 2-5 yards than get gashed for 30 if the LB fits the wrong gap.

  3. John comish/ Brodric martin/ josh pascal/ Levi Onwuzurkie.. Put a combo video out

  4. Campbell's diagnostic abilities are elite, you can see in this breakdown that he is playing chess out there while in the past our lbs have been playing checkers. He sees things moving at a very fast pace and does a magnificent job keeping himself in position to hunt down the ball. This is great news for the Lions run defense.

  5. Yes please breakdown Cominsky. Your videos are extremely informative, even to those of us who have played and understand the game.

  6. Excellent vid as always! Can't wait to see the Comish this afternoon! I share all of your Lions vids in our Facebook group as well.

  7. Appreciate this one Coach. Iā€™m learning. One thing you said, ā€œimpervious to contactā€ reminded me of what another Lionā€™s streamer said after the Draft. @DoseofDion2.0 said heā€™s incredibly good at ā€œnavigating trashā€ or all the carnage that happens between the linemen. Like an RB makes sense to me because all that violence is meant to open shipping lanes and pirate Captain Jack is there to take your goods.

  8. Glad to hear some out there are optimistic about his play; I am seeing many reasons to be worried myself. Hopefully they're unfounded.

  9. 10:40 – the TE tripped over Campbell's right foot. Had it not been his foot, and a shove sent him down, NFL officials don't miss those calls against us, especially in the red zone… there'd have been 2-3 flags on the ground the moment the TE fell.

  10. 12:35 – that play actually looks like it was designed to cut back in the zone scheme. Houston prevented that, getting depth on his man, pushing the TE into the backfield and clogging that cutback lane. If that's the case, Campbell was completely lost in no-man's land here.

  11. 53 of 61 years as a Lions fan. As a Michigan transplant who's lived in Iowa for 30+ years, and also being a lifelong Big Blue fan (D2 grad of Ferris State who are a much more dominant team than in my days of NMU dropping 80 on the Dawgs! Lol), the arguments with "Jihad Iowa Fans" are endless! Lol. Having said that, one can't deny that if you draft a Kirk Ferentz coached trench player, TE, or LB, you won't go wrong most of the time! I remember reading about Jack when he was in high school, hearing about him from Iowa fan friends, and watching him on TV. Both he and LaPorta, who's from neighboring Illinois, are flat out ballers! Disciplined, work boots, & lunch pail guys who are incredibly coachable given Ferentz fields some tough teams (almost half the Iowa wins all time against UM have come under him) with 2 and 3 star guys. Seeing video of him holding the door for everyone, calling everyone "Mr." when he arrived, etc. was certainly endearing. Not enough of that behavior going around anymore! Definitely a MCDC kind of dude!

  12. id love to see a starling thomas video. Feel like he could end up not only making the roster but earning that 3rd or 4th outside corner spot

  13. All that matters to me is nobody in our top six offensive lineman can go down, because their back ups are absolute fucking garbageā€¦ Brad Holmes has done a great job so far but he fucked up & shouldā€™ve went offensive line help instead of Sam Laporta and Broderick Martin

  14. I will take credit for 25% of these views as I have been sending to every person who doubted Cambell lol

  15. Lions fan here. Love ā€œsome say itā€™s not taught, itā€™s just who he is.ā€ Campbell was diagnosing plays this way since high school. At 6ā€™5ā€ he has a great view through the wash. Only going to get better too. Check the high school tape for fun.

  16. He actually reminds me of Jack Ham, formerly of Pittsburgh, from the 1970s. Almost flawless, just like Jack Ham.

  17. Honestly I think is overall size and athletic ability gives him a leg up on guys like Rodrigo . Heā€™s def dissecting plays fast we could have a defensive rookie of the year on our hands

  18. Yeah Cambell is going to rock but i dont think Rodrego is that far off. Not much of a drop off this year as Rodrego has really doing way more this yr. Hes growing and is not at his ceiling yet and thats great!

  19. I think this Defense is going to be really good and surprise a lot of people. I am super excited for all 3 levels of our defense this year. Awesome video, I give probs to the lbs coach at Iowa and also our inside lbs coach Kevin Sheppard, heā€™s one of the best coaches on the staff. Heā€™s going to be a Defensive Coordinator one day I believe.

  20. Aside from the things you mentioned, and he's got the playbook, but he understands what his teammates are looking to do. Highly intelligent, hard working and humble is a potent mix
