  1. I think I saw somewhere, he was a big bully on the ice, taking out smaller guys just to wrecked em.
So Scott Stevens hit was karma
Probably a great guy off the ice idk 🤣

  2. Guys could hook clutch and grab you as well to set you up for a hit.

The numbers don’t reveal how tough the NHL was back even 10 years ago.

  3. I’d say he panned out. He’s a hall of famer, so I don’t understand what you mean by this….?

  4. He should start a brand called Head down hockey. It'll blow minds

  5. The fact professionals can skate with their heads down is why I don't watch hockey and only highlights. Lindros knew what he was doing making risky moves. Some players today should be in the NHL who can prescan some shouldn't it's a joke. Concussions happen Number one rule keep your head up. That's minor hockey shit

  6. @Kendrick Maeldun couldn't agree more! I've been saying this for years. He developed bad habits as a kid because he could get away with it due to his size. Those bad habits caught up with him in the big league. Scott Stevens comes to mind.

  7. What about Sidney Crosby! Sid still gets absolute cheap shots on him and the refs look the other way! Todays NHL isn't saving players its ruining them!!!! Take out the enforcer and fighting and you get the career ending cheap shots! Don Cherry was right!!!! The speed hasn't changed either! You think any player can skate faster than a player in the 80's or 90"s!? WHY? Skates haven't changed THAT much and neither have the athletes! Today we measure it at all the all-star events….thats the only difference

  8. Had he remained with the nordiques/Avs I’ll bet his career would have been extended… playing in philly did not help his concussion situation!

  9. The biggest threat physically and offensively for a solid 7 yrs. There was none better.

  10. At his peak he was the most physically dominant superstar the league has ever seen. Seemed to score at will, while be able to shitkick heavyweight fighers like Chris Simon.

  11. Also with the ability to play with ur head down yes pre scan is a thing but a player can still see everything they need to with there head down you just have to predict the opponents moves without seeing their head

  12. I'd say the one of the best players and the best player to never reach full potential is Sidney Crosby because of his concussions sure we saw him dominate but he never fully reached his true potential due to all the concussions

  13. the Avalanche can thank his being such a POS for their cup. I have never thought less of a player ever

  14. A lot of players today would get smoked back in the day with their head down. The speed of the game is faster and more skilled precise but I like big hits clean hits and it's nice to see as it's part of the game.

  15. Lindros taught us another lesson. Never fool around with a teammate's wife.

  16. Man he is the reason I love power forward in the NHL. His mix of skill, height, size, speed, and elite goal scoring are just a few reaosn why I love Lindros.
