Coach 82 points doesn’t put them in the playoffs.
The division of Montreal his very strong now they will make playoffs maybe in 2 years for now they need to be competetif and give all they got every game
For me, this upcoming season will illustrate whether we need any UFA players. I doubt that we would need any next summer. Our young Rookie D-men have not even played a full season other than Johnathan Kovacevic. They will grow stronger this winter and I expect better each month. Caufield is an elite sniper and both Heineman and Ylonen have also deadly accurate shots. Farrell will hopefully be in the lineup next year. It is all about working these players into lineup in positions that are positive for their skills. Cheers
Q.- How many young centermen, under 25 yrs old, have 50 percent faceoff winning stat? or how many have above 45 percent?
Repeating Coach: My biggest concern this coming season is our Coach. . St. Louis needs to learn to play all four lines like his friend Brind'Amour. .
– We are in rebuild and development yet some players get 22 to 25 minutes ice time!
– Why? short sighted or inexperienced coaching?
– Spread out the ice time. 17-18 minutes max. allow everyone to grow.
– Top Nine should roll out equally in my opinion
– Fixing the powerplay becomes reality when drafting in Top Ten is not the goal

Coach, your arguments and facts on 22 yr old Pinto are excellent. I would love to see him in our Montreal lineup but it will take a first round pick plus NHL pro plus at least two prime prospects. Hopefully you are right and Hughes swings the deal. Cheers
