I hate how they try to make it seem like JT is wrong for trying to capitalize and cash in while the iron is hot when players in all sports do that. I understand that its an inconvenience to the Colts but at the end of the day all teams in the NFL will make way more than any individual player so i have no problem with JT holding out. Its a business and hes making the best business decision for himself

JT is on a rookie contract and the team doesn’t want to respect him and pay him the money a leader deserves. Yeah, he owed that locker room nothing, they don’t want to treat him like a leader then he isn’t going to act like one. Why not bring up guys that have been paid and have showed no leadership like the highest-paid offensive line in the league

I been a colts fan all my life and really if we can get a package for a all pro elite wide receiver and some picks or something im all for it 🤷🏽
Jt had an elite year in his rookie season. He got hurt and couldn't meet his previous year standard. He irritates me. A good runner and it seems like they always want to make it about them. It's not. Unless your an elite QB or DE or elite receiver, take the money you get and play because your career will end in a blink of an eye. Also I missed one of my fantasy drafts and I got jt in auto. The best player for the colts is Anthony Richardson. He's going to be an elite QB that NOBODY will be able to imitate
How about that highly compensated Offensive line including Quentin Nelson that had a terrible season last year.
You can’t expect JT to be a leader in the clubhouse if you won’t pay him and the owner runs his mouth publicly about how he’s not worth anything.
You’ve got a billionaire owner who is supposed to be an adult and a professional. And a 23 year old kid. You never publicly embarrass and denigrate an employee publicly if you value that employee and want a good long term relationship.

Irsay literally just paid Kenny, Darius, Big Q, and Zaire he doesn’t mind paying players who perform however 4-5 of those guys just had a down year I don’t think he’s off n saying let me hold off for a min until I see how you perform off of a ankle surgery, in a new offense , and not knowing if we are building or rebuilding

I FULLY support JT. The colts are an absolute dumpster 🔥. Who, with any talent, wants to play with that roster. I'll answer…NOBODY. No free agents want to come here for the same reason.
