Mathew Barzal Shaken Up After Taking Stick To Groin Area
David Krejci and Mathew Barzal push and shove in the corner until Krejci gets his stick up in an awkward place. At first Krejci was called for a five minute major for a spear, but that was changed to a two minute minor for slashing.
Refs are letting the Isles get away with a lot. Players getting high sticked, checking from behind into the boards. But Bruins don’t fall like they have been shot, so they don’t get the calls.
of course its the bruins so no supplemental action and islanders best player will be suspended. anyway to help bruins win. This league is such a joke. Not even worth watching anymore. there are cross checks all the time like what barzal did so no excuse to spear to the nuts. dirty play but of course bruin fans see nothing wrong with it.
I love how everyone is like “but he was getting cross-checked” stop crying, that happens in playoff hockey (and in regular season hockey as well) if there was a penalty for every cross check dealt in a board scrum you might as well play the whole game 4 on 4.
The guy speaking ignoring the fact it's playoff hockey and crosschecks are less called and the fact Krejci could also cross check back when he had enough to retaliate is cringing. thumbs down for using that as audio.

He should have just fought him.
If he'd have cross checked him back, he knew he'd get caught. I think he slashed the nuts to hopefully hide his motion, but didn't work unfortunately.
