Matt Robertson is one of the most polarizing pro anglers in professional fishing. He is a 4-time Bassmaster Classic Qualifier and a Bassmaster Open Champion. In a very short time he has built a legion of loyal fans. Known for his signature ON ‘EM hat, his cut-off shirts, fur coats and ferocious personality. Matt proudly represents Kentucky and the trailer park he calls home. His down home thinking and don’t-give-a-crap attitude has taken the fishing world by storm. Along the way he has ruffled some feathers but ultimately Matt just wants to catch fish and have a good time.

Fishing just like hunting or anything else. There is no respect anymore. Used to be a brotherhood. Now everybody butthurt over everything and can't take a joke. People get mad and act like they actually care. When in reality they don't care about anything but themselves. And that's when they pitch a fit…when it affects them and how they feel about it. Bass fishing needs to find a medium between golf and wrestling. Find their own not try to become like another sport. A way to do that is let people be and act who they really are. Their is a diverse mix of personalities and with that alone allowing everyone to be who they are will create entertainment and catch attention like never be4.
