Like to see Scheyer's vision for Duke prioritizing SHOOTERS more than they have in the past. It's been a weakness ever since Grayson Allen and Luke Kennard moved on to the big show (all do respect to Matthew Hurt, I'm not going to include anyone on a roster than finished 13-11 and got the distinction of being the first team that didn't make the NCAA tourney since 1995).
Seeing that ugly game against NC St. put a spotlight on what shooting means to the modern game. Smith and Joiner just going lights out and hitting everything while we were sourcing the latest skyscraper project with all the bricks was painful. Bring in deadly snipers –> the entire offense, inside and out, becomes Dixie Chix' level "wide open spaces."
