I’m the biggest Oil fan ever and you have like way more jerseys than I’ll ever have of my favourite team, and not to mention there’s an entire room more behind you. You got style. Style! Keep it up!
I would like the Oilers to go back to navy blue and copper jersey with the white version of that as their away jersey. They should also use the reverse retro gear jersey as a 3rd.
Love the old style jerseys, as well as the current retro ones.
The old Alberta Oilers jerseys were a little different, and they’ve never gone completely back to those, even as a 3rd.
The only ones I don’t like are the current 3rd(dark blue/orange), the 90’s gear jersey and the late 90’s copper/red/blue/white(the Souray jersey).

queue up the best Oilers jersey's of the collection @ 3.35 mark. The orange one really pops.
With the orange jersey – the dark blue yoke (McDavid) is much better than the light blue collar/shoulder yokes (T. Hall one).
As for the reverse retros – only the Gear jersey is worth keeping around (the bit of orange on the oil slick of the gear makes it much better). The other reverse retro – a carbon copy of their original jersey (the white one) is worse with the orange collar/yoke – it looks better with a blue yoke than orange
The current 3rd in dark blue with Orange crest has grown on me, although I think over time it's forgotten
The Oilers very original (in blue) & the road/away versions with copper are my least favorites.
All in all, a good jersey history for the Oil
Man the Oilers could use a change… pretty lame name, logo etc. What's their best defining adjective? Slick? Flammable?

Sacrilidge? It always seemed like most Oilers fans liked the 90's shirts. I like them.
The McFarlane, no. That logo is silly and, I'd say – juvenile. A drop of liquid armoured in metal? Industrial paisley for kids.
The "pyjamas" with the bent vertical stripes were hated by everyone. Sleepy time. I think I heard the training staff had input. I like the idea that team guys could have input, but the design profession sometimes gets too little respect and should have received a phone call.
The white reverse retro is great. The McFarlane one, I do not like; all the problems of the old McFarlane with a slapdash distribution of new old colours. It's like a planning committee on a shirt.
All the shoulder patches are too busy, Condors' being the non-Oil exception.

I strongly dislike the orange era and the Reebok. I love the the current set. Blue, white and the navy blue alt. I love the alt. Reverse Retros are great. Have both.
Do you have the white version of their initial Reebok jersey? I don’t think I saw it in the video. It’s one on of my least favourite jerseys. It was just white with the piping and stripes on the inside of the arm. It just looked like a plain white practice jersey on TV.
Yeah the copper and blue jerseys are heavily underrated among Oiler jerseys. Meanwhile the first Reebok is an abomination that looks a cheap practice jersey more than anything.

Ive been an Oiler fan since the Gretzky era but I'm right there with you in thinking the 90's jerseys were great. The copper and blue were a colour combo that was unlike anything else in the league and looked sharp. Let's face it, the orange and blue were the Islanders colours first, so a departure from that was nice.
2:35 this was the worst one and the worst era of jerseys in my lifetime.
