It's nice to see Ben has gained some fans and turned some haters just by being a good dude and taking his losses like a champ. To be fair, he was champ in ONE and Bellator, which are not easy organizations to be champ.
It's kinda misleading saying he missed 7 years out of that because there are tons of fighters who only fight once or twice a year. Sire Jon had a lot of hiatus' but I mean alot of fighters have a good amount of time between fights. Cough Leon edwarda cough.
Speaking of Leon. I never wanted him to win the belt for the sole purpose of how inactive he is. Usman was fighting non stop as a champion and I just knew Leon would drag his feet as a champ like he did as a contender

Glad DC called out GSP for cherry picking Bisping. The gameplan was out on Bisping and he ran back to grab a cheap opportunity for a title. He left when his fights were getting close and only came back for an incredibly easy fight vs Bisping.

Jones must do whatever he wants to do. He’s achieved far beyond any fighter in UFC. He’s the goat. If he wants to retire, then he should. He’s been fighting in UFC since 2008 at age 21. Now he’s 36 with 16 championship fights
