    If Kubiak has been a diligent student of his dad's business for a long period of time, then
    he is just as qualified as any stranger who has put in the time, learned the ropes and became
    a legit candidate for a position as an NFL OC. His family connection just got him in the door.
    Its amazing how little qualifications some NFL coaches showed up with when they started.
    If he can do the job, he can do the job. Not an issue for me.
