Coming off a disappointing 2022-23 season, the Penguins missed the playoffs for the first time since 2006. They felt warranted to make changes in the offseason and boy did they ever! Ron Hextall is gone as GM and Kyle Dubas has made some big strides in improving the Pens. The main headline being 3-time Norris Trophy winner Erik Karlsson. Along with going Forward heavy and extending Tristan Jarry, the Pens have a new identity. Let me know what yinz think the Pens need to do get back to their dominant selves!
