Which Player would you compare to Pavel Bure today?
Another episode without the rich man north of Richmond. Probably for the best.
Here is my strategies for fantasy hockey based on YouTube experts advice and my own experience.
Head to head leagues:
-Sort by "Fan Pts" in points leagues.
-Your first 6 picks should look like this:
C1, L1, R1, D1, G1, D2 (in no particular order)
-Best available player with your 1st pick.
-Goal scoring winger.
-2 elite PP1 defenseman.
-Don't pick a Goalie in first 2 rounds.
-Get a starting goalie who's on a strong defensive team.
-These are your elite players that will get top priority in the lineup filling each position without overlap.
-RW is more rare so they should be prioritized.

-Your next 6 picks should look like this:
C2, L2, R2, G2, D3, D4 (in no particular order)
-Another goal scoring winger.
-D3 Defenseman who gets hits, shots and some points.
-Another starting goalie on a decent team.
-You can wait on Centermen as many good options will fall in the draft.
-High risk, high reward forwards.
-At least one power forward for Hits & Goals.
-D4 Hits and Blocks defenseman.

-Your last 5 picks should look like this:
C3, L3, R3, G3, D5 (in no particular order)
-Almost as important as the first group, You'll want to have an expendable player in all positions to swap out for streaming options, streaky players, and surprise players.
-Look for players that you can stash on the IR because that a freebie.
-Maybe keep the last D spot open to stream Hits with off night players.
-Lots of surprise C's will emerge during the season so it's ok to fade them in the draft.
For Rotisserie leagues you have 82 games per position (C, C,LW,LW, etc.) it might be best to have fewer forwards to maximize the elite forwards starts, and loading up on goalies and defensemen so you don't finished the season with unused D & G games in hand
