The blues have virtually nothing to improve the roster just like they did last Off season. They didn’t make the playoffs last year and they won’t make The Playoffs this year I love Doug Armstrong but he gives some the dumbest
Contracts of any Gm. Everyone seem to have a ntc. That being said a trade or trades could happen At the deadline and probably will. It will be interesting to see how the fans treat Krug.
Kane won’t go to the wings. He wants another cup not to play with his buddy . It’s also not about money. Why he doesn’t just sign with the Oilers for a million if that’s the case .
Oilers should reach out to Kane . Offer him a 1 year deal at a mill . Wouldn’t hurt would it ?
You can't tell me Stevie-Y isn't competitive!😅.. this man already acquired 10.. yes, TEN new players just THIS OFF SEASON changing/ improving now half of the teams roster from last season..
And he's not done yet??!.. not surprised tbh.. i definitely wouldn't mind Kane here on a 2-year deal.. remember last time Kaner pouted/hinted about being somewhere he got what he wanted.. let's see how this goes.. this would really add to an already exciting upcoming Red Wings season!..

Kane will be 35 in November. If Detroit signs him it will be for one year.
I really can't see Kane ending up many places, There just arn't many teams that need a crafty skilled veteran player at a discount price in the short term.
It will be interesting to see where Patrick Kane ends up signing–I'd love to see him with the Blues, but they can't afford him. I just don't Krug waiving his NTC with STL , unless they come up with a deal he likes, where he sees a chance to go to a better team. Interesting revelations from Garth Snow about his time with the Islanders. Thanks for another excellent report.
