The best waiver wire pickup. Hopefully he will stay with the Habs as some development coach. Would have liked to see a skating race between Caufield & Byron. That was a nice tribute to Paul Byron. Thanks Rick for doing this

Nice tribute to PB41, Rick. Byron seemed to be a threat whenever he was on the ice, thanks to his blazing speed. That goal he scored vs the Leafs in the Playoffs was EPIC. The Habs will save another $3.4M on the Cap with his retirement. I can absolutely see a nice video tribute for him this upcoming season during a home game.
