  5. Nice work! Just a question, how is it i can do the same weight as you hit don’t get the results you do? Is it just about maintenance and you already doing heavier weights before to build to muscle?

No w of the exercises actually hit the Pos Deltoid. 1st one hits the Traps more, 2nd Incline move the arms are going to far up again hitting the traps, the Face Pulls are too high hitting the upper back and traps again, last one again hits the upper back, with minimum contraction on the Post Deltoid. Good try anyways
