  1. Runners are so skinny that there are barely any pectoralis left

  2. today was the last day for my cross country season. i never thought i would improve so much in just one year. you guys have been such great motivators, i thank you so much for that!

  3. It's always good to see Papa (Marc) get some solid face time. It's always good to see Drew get some solid face time. It's always good to see Jacob get some solid face time. We only had a fleeting glimpse of Mama (Joan)…this time. Max gave us some solid voice time. Happy New Year to the Cunning Running and Cunning Coaching Hunters of Purcellville, and to Max, the Cunning Videographer, also of the Purcellville area. They're a Cun-do bunch.

  4. I love watching your videos but I have an objection" your honour"!
The whole world runs in metres and kilometres.
Moreover, all the events in the major championships are also in metres.
Why do you guys keep running in miles?
Firstly due to the above it doesn't make sense.
Secondly, it's confusing for us outside the US to understand what 4:27 mile pace equates in kilometers.
Last but not least, you should always
train according to the distance you are running! There's no sense in running the ,5k for example, but measuring your weekly training load,or your specific workouts in miles or yards!

  5. It never ceases to amaze me how proper runners never look like they're doing the pace they're actually running.

  6. My obsession for running is unhealthy. I shouldn't be this excited at seeing speed and a Stryd footpod.

  7. @4:24 – Drew kicks in "Beast Mode" and the kill the fartlek from there on☺️.
Love the Tinman Elite workout.👏. Great family you'll have there. Team and Family is everything.👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🆙💪
🗣️Happy, safe and prosperous New Year to the Tinman family.🎉📅🙏.
    All the best!♥️🇯🇲🏃

  8. Fun to see Marc out with his sons. I competed against Marc in high school as we lived in neighboring towns in Ohio. What I really should say is I followed Marc a lot!

  9. Can anyone answer this- I'm training both 5ks and 10ks. If I do a long run of 15k, is a 9 minute per mile pace too slow???

  10. “Watch me blow the doors of this guy!”

There’s nothing like brotherly love. Haha.

  11. I met a guy who grew up in Germany and was a great runner in high school. He was a local celebrity. First I heard of Drew and he is amazing.
