The Toronto Maple Leafs made another splash move ahead the NHL trade deadline. They acquired Jake McCabe and Sam Lafferty along with conditional 5th round picks in 2024 and 2025 from the Chicago Blackhawks. In exchange, Chicago is receiving a conditional 2025 1st round pick, a 2026 2nd pick, Joey Anderson and Pavel Gogolev. In the trade, the Blackhawks are also retaining 50% of McCabe’s $2M cap hit.

The future is bright need my shades
I'd rate Toronto's trades so far about 15 on a scale of 1-10. Toronto has to resign Dubbs before we lose him.
Now, Murray, kerfoot, holl some picks and or prospects – for vejmelka ,crouse, and bjugstad. That would do it!!!!!
10/10 for trades. Was never a fan of Dubas, but as you said, lots of guys jobs are on the line in management. Thanks again for the informative vid!
