The Rise and Fall of The New York Islanders Dynasty!

The 1980s New York Islanders Dynasty was one of the greatest NHL teams of all time. They won 4 straight Stanley cups and had 5 future hockey hall of famers in the lineup. They had stars all around the lineup. Billy Smith in net, Denis Potvin back on defense and Mike Bossy and Bryan Trottier on offense. The Islanders had a crazy fall off after this dynasty though and were the laughing stock of the league during the 1990s. So today I take a look at the rise and the fall of the New York Islanders Dynasty.
