Anytime you have success as an individual or organization you're going to have people who are envious and jealous of said achievements. I as a fan welcome the hate. At least it's not something like what happened in Chicago, where a kid was assaulted and management tried to cover it up. That I can not accept and lost a lot of respect for that organization.

With head injuries, like what Nolan Patrick has. Even doctors will disagree with each other, some will say "He's ok to play, just only lite duty" or "He's ok to play, just very limited time", while other doctor "He need to fully heal, no play at all". For head injuries, always do the more safe route.
Servalli has a real hate boner for Vegas, huh? And i dont really think burying 1.2 mil with Patrick's contract really moved the needle at all. If he was healthy and they decided to bury him in the AHL, that would have been less than 300,000 extra on the books. I guess we'll all know if Patrick tries to play next year or retires

Nolan Patrick has struggled from his first year in NHL. Talented player who openly battled chronic migraines..seemed to be a matter of his trying to play then sitting out for stretches. He is an excellent player so I think if he could have played he would not have been relegated to LTIR. And he played for McCrimmon’s Wheat Kings..it’s really been unfortunate for Nolan.
This is likely Nolan Patrick's group trying to still get another NHL spot, and to be fair, NHL health insurance. After the hits he took to the head, odds are he was still showing appreciable concussion symptoms when tested.
