I don't think the wings need Kane . A quick analysis of their scoring and factoring in the new players (conservative estimates) the wings can go from 230 goals to anywhere from 279 to 290 goals. That puts them up there with Tampa, Florida, Buffalo, and Ottawa may struggle to get there if tarasenko doesn't perform. Unless I am missing something in the math (?) Kane doesn't bring a significant advantage to spend the money. Just sayin'

57p would be our 2nd best scorer last saison and he was injured. Give him 1 year 5m and give it a try, if he really wants to be with Cat
I think the question everyone is forgetting to ask here is who is he replacing in the top 6? Are you gonna move Raymond down to the 2nd line? If so, who's going to center his line qnd help Raymonds developement? I think PK would completely disrupt the development of your budding stars, and for that reason, I'm out.

The poll: The phrasing is the mistake. I can't say I want Kane on the team, so I would've also picked "no". However, I also wouldn't mind if that's a deal Stevie makes. But even then, I'd say an absolute max of two years, otherwise my answer becomes a full-throated "no".
