He helped create a winning culture for the Calgary Wranglers and what he learned there will help him be a great coach for the Capitals and help them tighten up their defense. In the last segment Dan talks about Alex Ovechkin and how Ovi likes to be kept in the loop, but doesn’t want to be a decision make for the Caps.
