Should the Canucks sign Gavrikov for 7 years at 6.5 per?
I read an article – it might have been in The Athletic, but I'm not sure – that explained why Gavrikov is not an effective defenceman when looking at advanced stats, etc. I hope Canucks management does their due diligence if they make him an offer.
Gavrokiv would definitely be a nice target but we need to obviously clear cap, and i personally think 6.5 is a lot. But if we could get him at around 5 -6 then thats something we should look into.

Myers is a cap dump for a team, you can tell him you will scratch him every game or trade him to a team that needs cap to hit the floor, after the 5 million bonus, he's essentially free for a team that needs cap.
