i was at this game….as a rochester fan. ive had season tickets since 94. we always take a trip to syracuse and binghamton every year. you cant see much in this video but the hit really wasnt that bad. it was late but it wasnt malicious or dirty. it wasnt shoulder to head. he caught him in the shoulder just the way he turned caused him to go into the boards like that. if it were a foot farther off the boards this conversation wouldnt be happening. besides we won 4-1 anyways 😉

I like looking at AHL teams and NHL prospects to laugh at all of the fucking idiots that don't know what they're talking about in the comments section. That interference wasn't interference. The hit comes only one second, maybe a little before or after, Girgensons touched the puck. This is no way a game misconduct.
The fight after wasn't, just wrestling, and Panik came down on top, so don't call him a pussy.
The hit was shoulder-to-shoulder. It may seem like it was to the head the way Girgensons went down, but with the way he was skating and not expecting the hit, he went upright and straightened his knees. Anyone who has aver played hockey knows that if you do not bend your knees, you become VERY top heavy.
Good play by Rochester going straight for the guy and standing up for his teammate.
